I experienced difficulties keeping the floors clean due to the absence of a broom or mop. The beach chairs were in dire need of replacement, which detracted from outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, the sofa bed was more of a sectional with limited functionality, leaving my friend with a disability unable to use it comfortably.
